Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip may be eligible for a refund, subject to our specific policy for that season. Please contact us directly for urgent cancellations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
